The shipping company will drop off your order at the curbside of your home, please have plenty of help available and or a hand truck/dolly to transport your boxes into your home. This sofa set features a Reversible Set Up (Create your desired set up for your personal space) - which means you can put the chaise lounge chair either on the right side and or the left side as you wish.

In the description it says this is reversible but there is no option at checkout for right or left facing. They are obviously different pieces for right vs left because of the end armrest.

Our Stonenesse Grey Contemporary Sectional with Button Tufted Cushions, does not require any assembly aside from having the feet screwed on.
It is very light assembly, you can also select our "in home delivery with installation" on the check out page where our technicians will carry the sofa into the home, set it up, and remove all of the packaging debris for you as well.

Hello! I am very interested in this sectional. I have a few questions. Has this couch been treated with flame retardant chemicals? Next, what is there to assemble in this particular model? It says KD legs, but does that mean just screwing in the legs?

The sofa has not been treated with flame retardant materials however it would not set on fire unless someone intentionally set it on fire with a candle and or a lighter - I do not think it would be a point of concern unless there are people smoking inside the house and sitting on the sofa while doing so.

When this sofa is delivered to your home - is it already put together? Are there 2 sections? If so, can the technicians bring one section up at a time and then assemble them? I'm worried about how this will fit to bring up to our condo unit.

I recommend that you add the "installation service" on the check out page under the delivery options for this sofa. Our technicians will carry it up the stairs and set it up for you, it does deliver unassembled so the technician can get it into your condo unit without any issues.
